On October 22nd, Mrs. Rankin, WRS 3rd Grade Teacher attended a ceremony as part of The University of Vermont Outstanding Teachers Recognition Day.  She was awarded a certificate by Dr. Fayneese Miller, Dean of the College of Education and Social Services, Martha Allen and Luke Foley, Vermont's 2014 Teacher of the Year.  Mrs. Rankin was recognized for being a "passionate advocate for her students..." and for her work in promoting technology integration in the content areas.  We thank you, Mrs. Rankin for your tireless dedication to the students, staff and families at WRS!
