At WRS we utilize a school-wide behavior and discipline plan that is implemented by every adult, in every setting at school.  The children are taught and practice our five rules in every setting at school:  Be safe, Be kind, Be Responsible, Be Respectful and Do Your Best 

Every adult in our school understands that he/she is responsible for all of our students and holds students accountable for meeting the school-wide behavior expectations.  Every adult also notices, recognizes and celebrates exemplary behavior and rewards it.  Don’t be surprised to see a bright yellow, “Caught Being Good Sticker” on your child’s shirt.  When you see this please ask your child how it was earned and celebrate!
