The annual WRS Thanksgiving Feast will be held on Tuesday, November 24th.   Please look in your child's folder for a paper that tells what his/her class is collecting donations for.  Each student and staff member contributes in to our meal.  For example, pre-k makes applesauce, gr.k brings in bread and onions for stuffing, gr. 1 makes cornbread, etc. We will purchase turkeys with donations from local grocery stores and our staff will roast the turkeys.  Ms. Cerasoli makes all of the stuffing, the gravy and the squash!   Our good friends at Blood's Catering are loaning us tables and chairs and we'll turn our gym into a dining hall.   We'll sit at tables family style as the adults at each table serve our students.   This is one of our most special traditions at WRS and our kids look forward to it each year!     We'll have many adult helpers setting up and then cleaning up after we eat.   This event helps us all remember how special our WRS family is!
