We had a great turn out on November 16th for the PTA sponsored Family Game Night.  Our students had a great time playing Bingo, board games and gym games.  We had great snacks and even greater fun!  I’d like to thank Sara Cooney, PTA president for organizing this family friendly event as well as Scott           Farnsworth, Scott and Reagan Shaw, Leah Mosenthal, and Tricia Pfeiffer for organizing the gym games.  I’d like to thank former White River School kids, Hannah Cooney and Madison Druge for running the Bingo games.  

A special thanks goes to the Hartford Fire Department.  Several firefighters came to play gym games with our students as well as a pretty awesome game of dodge ball.  It was kids against the firefighters and other adults.  (I’m pretty sure the kids won!)  Please check out our website for more fun photos!  www.wrsvt.com  I also want to thank all the families that attended for donating food items for the Haven’s food shelf.
