I’d like to thank all families for returning all of the forms required for school.  It is essential that we have current phone numbers and addresses.  If your phone number changes at any point, you must notify us so that we can update our records.  You will not receive Alert Now messages if you do not provide us with working phone numbers.  Additionally, we will not be able to reach you in a timely manner if there’s an emergency here at school.  

The bright pink Student Emergency Information forms also need to be completed, signed and returned to the school nurse. These give permission to care for your child in the event of a medical emergency.
