The WRS students and staff will gather for a special Thanksgiving luncheon on Tuesday, November 26th.  Your child’s teacher may send home a notice asking for donations.  Our kindergartners will bring in ingredients for stuffing (Ms. Cerasoli makes enough for 260 people!)  Mrs. Langley will bring in squash that her family grew and her class and Mrs. Locke’s and Mrs. Zayas’ class will help prepare the squash for roasting.  Ms. Ehret and Ms. Hecsh will ask for cornbread donations and their classes will prepare it.  Grade 3 will write invitations.  Grade 4 will bring in potatoes and Grade 5 will write thank you notes.  Everybody in the school contributes in some way which is one of the reasons this day is very special.
